Role Overview
Care ADHD is looking for a flexible and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator to join on a 3-month contract and provide extra support during a busy period. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in a fast-growing healthcare organisation, combining administrative tasks with some direct patient contact.
The Role
This is a project-based support role where you’ll:

Help us keep patients moving smoothly through their care journey.

Complete key process tasks accurately and on time.

Communicate with patients in a clear, supportive, and professional way.

Work closely with our Client Services team to reduce backlogs and improve flow.
This role is about making things happen – balancing care and accuracy while supporting both the team and our patients.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in administration, customer support, or healthcare services.

Great written and verbal communication – warm, professional, and clear.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

Comfortable using different systems and tools (training provided).

It’s a great bonus if you have:

Experience working with electronic patient records (EPR) systems such as EMIS.

Knowledge of healthcare terminology and practices.

Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting or start-up environment.
