The Role
This is a remote-based position ideal for someone with strong sales ability, confidence on the phone, and a professional approach to managing customer relationships. The focus will be on telesales, account management, and debtor follow-ups to support the smooth running of the business.
Duties to Include

Proven experience in telesales or sales-driven customer service

Excellent communication and telephone skills

Confident, motivated and target-driven

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Basic debtor/credit control experience (preferred)

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
