SUPPORT WORKERS – LIFEWAYS GROUP – NEAR WARMSWORTH IN DONCASTER
FULL TIME / PART TIME
BANK WORKERS ARE ALSO REQUIRED
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AS FULL TRAINING IS GIVEN
The Lifeways Group has opportunities in the Doncaster area for self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals. This role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, sensory dysfunction disorder, and communication and behavioural difficulties.

The role includes daytime, evening, nights, Bank Holidays, and weekend work.

Responsibilities and Duties
Support Workers are responsible for ensuring that people receive the very best standards of care. Key responsibilities may include:

Assisting/supporting with personal and practical care tasks according to individual needs

Assisting with personal care

Nutrition
-
Developing independent living skills

Managing and budgeting finances
-
Safe handling and administering of medication
You will also support individuals’ social and emotional needs, using person-centered planning approaches to help each person enjoy a quality life, develop skills, and achieve positive outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience within a supported living or social care sector is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
