Duties
– Assist individuals with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
– Support individuals with mobility and transfers
– Administer medication according to care plans
– Assist with meal preparation and feeding

– Document and report any changes in individual’s condition or behavior
Experience
– Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred
– Valid driver’s license for home care positions
– Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
– Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
