HypeX Media is currently expanding its work with private dental clinics across London and is looking for a confident, commercially minded Sales Executive to help secure new clients.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, is comfortable speaking with business owners and wants to earn commission based on the business they generate.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities through outbound sales and help convert prospects into paying clients.

• Cold Calling: Make approximately 25–30 outbound calls per working day to dental clinics across London.

• Appointment Setting: Speak with practice managers, owners and decision-makers to arrange qualified sales meetings.

• Cold Email Outreach: Send professional, personalised emails and follow up with prospective clients.

• Lead Qualification: Understand each practice’s marketing needs and identify genuine opportunities for HypeX Media’s services.

• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of conversations, decision-makers, objections, interest levels and agreed next steps.

• Follow-Ups: Consistently follow up with interested prospects and manage your pipeline.

• Closing Deals: Take ownership of sales opportunities where capable, with support from HypeX Media’s senior team when required.

You’ll be provided with researched prospect lists and the resources needed to support your outreach.

Commission & Earning Potential

This is a commission-based freelance opportunity, with no fixed salary.

• 30% Initial Commission: Earn 30% of the value of each eligible deal you successfully close.

• 15% Recurring Commission: Earn 15% on subsequent eligible client payments, subject to the agreed commission terms.

• Typical Deal Value: £2,000–£6,000.

Example: Closing a £4,000 deal would generate £1,200 in initial commission. Further eligible payments from that client could generate additional recurring commission.

There is no fixed earnings cap. Actual earnings depend on successful sales, and commission is not guaranteed.

Who HypeX Media Is Looking For

• Previous cold-calling or outbound sales experience.

• Confident and professional telephone communication.

• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

• Resilient, self-motivated and results-driven.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Able to maintain accurate CRM notes and manage follow-ups.

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results.

Experience in B2B sales, appointment setting or digital marketing is advantageous.

Initial Trial & Progression

The engagement begins with an initial one-month period, allowing both parties to assess suitability and performance.

HypeX Media will review outreach consistency, meeting quality, CRM management and sales results.

Following this period, there may be an opportunity to discuss an improved commission structure, a longer-term arrangement or a salaried position, depending on performance and business requirements.
