A Star Autos and Bodyworks Limited has an opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to lead the new Workshop.

The successful candidate will be working in A Star Autos and Bodyworks Limited’s own state-of-the-art workshop. The focus is on delivering great results with a quality ‘First Time Fix’.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose and repair a fleet of mixed vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards.

• Utilize latest technology to diagnose and repair engines, gearboxes, and clutches, following a ‘fix, not replace’ philosophy.

• Carry out road tests when required to confirm and diagnose correct operation.

• Ensure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a high standard.

Requirements

– 5+ years experience as a vehicle technician.

Desirable Qualifications

It will be a bonus if you had:

• MOT Tester qualification.

• NVQ (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Technology Lvl3+.
