Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Collaborate with the SEO Manager on digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.

  • Suggest website content using SEO best practices and manage WordPress websites.

  • Analyse campaign performance with Google Analytics and other tools to guide future strategies.

  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.

  • Oversee marketing project management tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Use design packages to produce visual content for marketing materials.

  • Manage social media accounts to boost engagement and brand awareness.

  • Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and campaign results to the Director.

  • Maintain efficiency by managing multiple projects with effective time management.

Experience and Skills

  • Proven management experience within a marketing environment, preferably in B2B settings.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO optimisation and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads.

  • Proficiency in project management and organisational tools for handling multiple campaigns.

  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Google Analytics.

  • Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data insights and optimising marketing strategies.
