About the Role
The Vita Group is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Designer Intern to join its Corporate Communications Team for a six-month paid internship.
This position offers a valuable opportunity for a recent graduate or aspiring designer to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, pan-European business environment.
Working closely with the Digital and Creative Manager, the intern will support the creation of high-quality visual assets across multiple formats and channels, including presentations, sales literature, exhibitions, and social media graphics.
Key Responsibilities

Design and produce engaging visual content for:

Internal and external presentations

Sales and marketing literature

Exhibition and event materials

Social media platforms

Ensure all creative output aligns with The Vita Group’s brand guidelines and tone of voice

Assist in developing digital templates and assets for business-wide use

Support the creation of motion graphics or simple animations (if applicable)

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand design needs and deliver effective solutions

Help maintain and organise the digital asset library

Contribute ideas to enhance visual storytelling and brand engagement

Assist with photography and image editing as required

Support preparation of materials for European site visits and events
Requirements

Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)

Skilled in Canva

Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

Excellent attention to detail and design accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Fluent in English (essential); additional European languages are an advantage

Based in or able to commute to Manchester

Willingness to travel occasionally to European sites
