The Role

The Member Marketing Operations Specialist supports the execution of Carrot’s global member lifecycle communications across channels such as email and SMS. In this role, you will build campaigns in Blueshift, manage audience segmentation, perform campaign QA, and ensure accurate delivery of member communications at scale. Success in this role means delivering reliable, high-quality campaigns that reach millions of members while maintaining an uncompromising attention to detail. You will partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, GTM, and Data teams to translate campaign strategies into operational execution. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data while helping scale communications across Carrot’s rapidly growing global member base.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or a similar campaign execution role
  • Experience building and executing campaigns in a marketing automation platform such as Blueshift, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • unparalleled attention to detail and ability to manage audience segmentation, campaign setup, and QA processes accurately and consistently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with customer data platforms or marketing automation tools such as Blueshift
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation logic and working with large-scale member or customer datasets
  • Experience supporting multilingual or international marketing campaigns
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with lifecycle marketing, product, and data teams
  • Familiarity with campaign QA workflows and operational processes within a marketing organization
