Responsibilities
- Identify and contact key decision-makers in California’s citrus industry (farm owners, agronomists, and corporate partners).
- Manage a high volume of touchpoints via email, phone, and Social Media.
- Ask insightful questions to understand a prospect’s needs before booking them for a discovery call.
- Serve as a professional first point of contact, ensuring all external communication reflects our brand’s excellence.
- Keep the CRM updated and ensure the closing team has everything they need for successful meetings.

- B2B Experience: You understand the patience and professionalism required to sell to high-value business clients.
- ET Availability: You are comfortable working a full schedule synced with the US Eastern Time zone.
- Tech Literacy: Experience with CRMs, scheduling tools, and remote communication platforms.
