You’ll be the direct extension of 2 visionary CEOs, executing ideas and building the systems that take us to $5M and beyond. The biggest part of this job is learning AI and implementing it into everything we do.
Work from home, the gym, wherever. You design your schedule, just keep it consistent. We’re open to anywhere in the US or Canada for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Running our hiring pipeline, sourcing, screening, and interviewing, researching and supporting fast sharp CEO decisions, implementing AI tools to automate and scale the business, managing vendor and contractor relationships, developing systems to grow revenue and open new locations, and attending conferences, trainings, and video shoots as needed.
Requirements
- You’re relentless, coachable, and obsessively driven
- You think in solutions and move fast without being told
- You’re a creative problem solver with a passion for business
- Sales background is a huge plus
- Confident and polished on video calls with business contacts
- Sharp phone skills, people love talking to you
- If we fly you to San Diego, you’re comfortable representing the brand in person and you light up every room you walk into
