What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Care Assistant, support will be provided to clients within their own homes with tasks such as:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Dementia support
- Mobility assistance
- Shopping and errands
- Social outings and appointments
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
Every visit is person-centred and focused on building trust, comfort and meaningful connections.
What We’re Looking For
- A kind, caring and compassionate nature
- Reliability and professionalism
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided
