- Develop detailed business process models and workflows using tools such as Visio.
- Analyse large datasets employing SQL, R, Python, and VBA to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Design and optimise databases using Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and database design principles.
- Create visualisations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage projects through the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams on system enhancements, integrations, and data migration activities.
- Assist in the development of reporting tools and automation scripts using Bash (Unix shell) for process optimisation.
- Support business units by providing analysis skills that facilitate strategic planning and operational improvements.
