Responsibilities

 

  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes.
  • Develop detailed business process models and workflows using tools such as Visio.
  • Analyse large datasets employing SQL, R, Python, and VBA to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Design and optimise databases using Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and database design principles.
  • Create visualisations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Manage projects through the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on system enhancements, integrations, and data migration activities.
  • Assist in the development of reporting tools and automation scripts using Bash (Unix shell) for process optimisation.
  • Support business units by providing analysis skills that facilitate strategic planning and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Business Analysis with a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
  • Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL, R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell).
