Responsibilities

• Manage the founder’s inbox: triage, draft responses, flag items needing direct attention
• Own the founder’s calendar: schedule calls, block focus time, coordinate check-ins
• Run daily or weekly syncs on business goals and priorities
• Research prospects, pull insights, and set up outreach so the founder can show up and perform
• Track growth metrics (Loom views, connection rates, pipeline movement) and surface trends
• Take rough ideas and build initial plans with timelines and next steps
• Coordinate post-podcast content for social distribution
• Handle recurring admin that would otherwise fall to the founder

Requirements

• 2+ years supporting a founder, executive, or business owner in an EA or operations coordination capacity
• Strong written English for drafting emails, Slack messages, and outreach
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and at least one project management platform
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern time zone business hours (5–6 hours minimum overlap)
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace for video calls

Preferred:

• Experience in a digital marketing agency or consulting environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, Loom, or podcast coordination
• Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for drafting and research
