Requirements

3+ years of SDR or outbound B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or product company

Exceptional written communication skills — you know how to write personalized outreach that gets replies, not ignored

Experience running outbound across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, events, messengers, etc.)

Confidence with cold calling and starting conversations with prospects

Strong research skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different ICPs

Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to improve prospecting, research, personalization, and outbound workflows

Proactive, self-driven mindset — you spot opportunities instead of waiting for instructions

English B2+; an additional European language (German, French, Spanish, Polish, or another relevant market language) is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

Identify and engage high-quality prospects across different channels

Build personalized outbound sequences and continuously test new messaging

Book qualified meetings for the sales team and generate new pipeline

Research target accounts and adapt outreach to different industries and personas

Work closely with Sales Team to improve outreach strategies and campaign performance

Experiment with AI and automation to make outbound smarter and more effective

Share insights from prospect conversations to help improve messaging, positioning, and our go-to-market approach
