Greensleeves Care, a respected care charity, is looking for dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to join its team at Henley House, located on Henley Road, Ipswich. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, competitive pay rates, and continuous training and development.

Pay Rates

  • Starting rate: £12.71 per hour

  • Level 2 qualification: £12.94 per hour

  • Level 3 qualification: £13.12 per hour

Role Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant at Greensleeves Care, you will:

  • Deliver high standards of person-centred care to residents

  • Maintain residents’ records and assist in reviewing care plans

  • Monitor residents’ needs and report any well-being concerns to senior staff

  • Support residents with personal care, mobility, and other physical needs

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should:

  • Possess strong communication and organisational skills

  • Have a flexible approach and be open to new challenges

  • Show a genuine desire to deliver quality care

Experience as a Health Care Assistant, Carer, or Support Worker is welcome but not essential. Applicants with the right attitude and commitment to caring will be fully supported.
