Full-time positions are available supporting adults with Learning Disabilities in a supported living setting at the company’s Sheffield service.
Role Overview
As a Support Worker, the main responsibility is to ensure that Service Users lead valued and fulfilling lives, helping them to reach their potential and achieve to the best of their ability.
The role involves supporting individuals in various aspects of daily living — from going to work, completing personal or household tasks, and enjoying hobbies, to major life events such as moving into their own home or planning a holiday.

Training and Development
No prior experience is necessary for this role. Lifeways provides full training and ongoing development through its learning and development programme.
The company looks for individuals with the right values and attitude. Support Workers will collaborate with families, friends, and professionals to help Service Users live independently and achieve their ambitions.
