Responsibilities
- Register and manage company participation on tender and procurement platforms;
- Support preparation and submission of documentation for tender participation;
- Prepare and track mileage reimbursement reports;
- Open and manage supplier credit accounts;
- Prepare reports related to tools and equipment usage;
- Place and track equipment and supply orders;
- Assist in maintaining accurate office and project documentation;
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team members;
- Support day-to-day administrative coordination as needed.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (administrative support, project coordination, procurement, or similar);
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with reports and documentation;
- Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes;
- Strong communication skills;
- Proficiency in document management and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel, Trello, ChatGPT etc.);
- Comfortable working US business hours.
