Maximum Marketing is a content production agency that builds AI-powered content systems for info brands and online education companies. We produce YouTube content, short-form video, and growth strategy for clients doing $1M–$100M+ in revenue.

This is not a traditional VA role. You’re not answering phones or scheduling dentist appointments. You’re becoming the operational backbone of a fast-moving agency — the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks so the founder can stay in the creative and strategic lane.

This starts part-time (10–20 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time as the agency scales. If you’re the right person, you’ll grow with the business.

Job Overview

Responsibilities

Inbox & Calendar Management

  • Own the founder’s inbox — triage, draft responses, flag what needs attention, archive what doesn’t
  • Manage scheduling across multiple time zones for client calls, prospect meetings, and internal syncs
  • Keep the calendar tight — protect deep work blocks and flag conflicts before they happen

Content Publishing & YouTube Operations

  • Upload videos to YouTube with correct metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, end screens)
  • Follow publishing checklists to ensure every upload is consistent and on-brand
  • Coordinate with editors on delivery timelines and flag delays early

Research

Advertisements
  • Competitive research: what are similar channels doing, what’s working, what’s trending in the niche
  • Topic research: pull data on search volume, audience interest, and content gaps
  • Tool/platform research: when we need to evaluate a new tool, you find the top 3 options and summarize the tradeoffs

File Organization & Project Tracking

  • Keep Google Drive, Notion, and project management tools organized and current
  • Track deliverables across clients — know what’s due, what’s late, and what’s next
  • Build and maintain simple systems so nothing gets lost as the team grows

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Exceptional written communicator — clear, concise, and professional without being stiff
  • Can receive a vague task and figure out how to execute it without needing their hand held
  • Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and uses them to work faster, not as a crutch
  • Treats deadlines as non-negotiable, not suggestions
  • Naturally organized — the kind of person who color-codes things because it bothers them not to
  • Can context-switch throughout the day and respond to async messages within a reasonable window
  • Wants to grow into a bigger role, not just collect a paycheck
