Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Answering emails and onboard authors into the program
- Handling contracts and billing for authors
- Maintaining the CRM (customer relationship management) system
- Scheduling & coordinating program events
- Creating shorts from full-length videos
Qualifications
- Brilliant at writing colloquial, human-sounding emails
- 2 years experience with admin or executive assistance work
- Experience with CRMs
- Ability to handle basic billing and subscriptions with Stripe/Paypal
- Canva experience is a bonus
