We’re looking for an administrative assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients. You’ll manage inbound inquiries, answer questions about our programs, and guide new members through every step of onboarding — from initial conversation to signed contracts, billing setup, and platform access.
You’ll also support the team by designing graphics in Canva, scheduling social media content, and providing general executive assistance.

Qualifications
We require a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of two years of experience in virtual executive assistance or administrative support, and at least two years working with project management or CRM platforms. Strong written communication is essential — all client-facing emails must be composed personally and humanly.
- Your experience corresponding with clients and managing onboarding workflows.
- Your proficiency with project management tools (name which ones you’ve used)
- Your experience managing billing, subscriptions, and invoicing through Stripe and PayPal.
