Job Overview

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Prepare pre-filled client documents and applications for signature
  • Enter data into financial planning software
  • Help onboard new clients and set up investment accounts
  • Coordinate with service providers and vendors
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Generate and organize sales leads
  • Design marketing emails
  • Manage email marketing platform
  • Edit and format presentation materials

Requirements & Qualifications

  • In College or college education required
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Mail Merge), Mailchimp and CRM, such as Hubspot
  • Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience preferred but not required — we’ll provide training!
