Responsibilities

  • Preparing and processing invoices and credit notes
  • Updating and maintaining internal records and systems
  • Assisting with transaction matching and reconciliation tasks
  • Identifying and resolving minor discrepancies within records and reports
  • Communicating with customers via email regarding refund information queries
  • Following up on outstanding information and supporting the completion of customer refund requests
  • Providing general administrative support

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Confident using computer systems and spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Good written communication and customer service skills
  • Previous administration experience preferred
