Fulbridge Social Care is currently looking for a Residential Children’s Support Worker to join the compassionate and dynamic team.

Requirements
- Must be 21 of age and over to work in children’s residential home
- Full UK Drivers licence is required along with vehicle accessibility
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have (or be willing to complete) an enhanced DBS check
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day care, emotional support, and guidance to children and young people
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and stable home environment
- Support children with routines, education, activities, and life skills
- Be ready to make every day different! From cooking up a storm in the kitchen to kicking a ball in the garden or even trying your hand at some music or crafts, support workers will bring structure, fun, and support to children who need it
- Build positive, trusting relationships and encourage independence
- Show enthusiasm and resilience with a proactive, flexible approach to work and problem-solving
- Stay calm under pressure, with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations
