- Issue Resolution: Listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
