We’re a boutique social media agency working with brands across wellness, lifestyle, e-commerce, food & beverage, and more. We’re looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to execute content strategies across our client accounts. This is a hands-on role, you’ll be working directly with our team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where communication and ownership matter.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Social Media Strategy for client accounts (with the help of a social media strategist)
  • Create and manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing
  • Produce engaging content including graphics, short-form video concepts, and captions
  • Develop shot lists and scripts for UGC content
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to monthly analytics reports
  • Support the execution of social media campaigns
  • Maintain clear communication with the internal team on progress and blockers

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with a social media or marketing agency (at least 3 years of experience in the social media space)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok as primary platforms
  • Familiarity with tools: ClickUp, Slack, Canva, CapCut, Metricool or similar
  • Experience with brands in: Food & Beverage, Health, Wellness, Lifestyle, or E-Commerce/DTC
  • Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple accounts at once
  • Comfortable working in a small, tight-knit team with direct communication
