Responsibilities
Make sure everything we publish feels like it came from real life.
You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team to ensure every piece of content feels authentic to people ages 15–21.
You’ll be encouraged to say things like:
- “Nobody talks like this.”
- “This would never happen.”
- “My friends would absolutely share iand save this.”
- “I’d stop scrolling for this.”
We value honesty over agreement. Authenticity is everything.
Requirements
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of Gen Z culture (especially ages 15–21)
- Active user of TikTok, Instagram, YT and Snapchat
- Some Experience creating or writing social media content
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to identify trends early
- Comfortable giving direct feedback
- Organized and able to work independently
Bonus Points
- Social media marketing experience
- Creative writing, journalism, or communications background
- Experience building online communities
- Experience with Discord or creator communities
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or brands
