Responsibilities

As a Junior Recruiter (f/m/d), you will take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process (from briefing to contract signing) in sales.
You will use various recruiting channels such as social media, marketing campaigns, recommendations, job boards, sourcing tools, etc. We are also looking forward to your new ideas.
You will analyze the current recruitment process, identify potential for improvement, carry out optimization projects and exploit your true potential.
You will work on optimizations in recruiting, e.g. on topics such as employer branding, candidate experience, automation and much more.
And of course, you roll up your sleeves and jump in when your colleagues need help – we are a team!

You have a degree/completed training, for example in business administration, marketing or similar.
You have already been able to gain your first professional experience or internships in a similar environment, preferably recruiting or sales.
You have an enthusiasm for recruiting as well as innovative trends in the field of talent acquisition.
You are characterized by a conscientious and independent way of working, as well as a high degree of initiative.
You are performance-oriented, charming and persevering and do not shy away from high-volume recruiting.
You are a communicative person, have a sense of humor and are not afraid to approach people (candidates and hiring managers).
You have mastered German at a native speaker level
