Care Assistant – Home Care (Visa Transfer Opportunity)

This is a visa transfer (visa swap) position, and applicants must already live within the Ruislip & Harrow territory or be able to reliably travel within the area.

This role requires you to work weekends.

You will travel throughout the Ruislip and Harrow areas, providing high-quality care and companionship to clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, including bathing and dressing

• Meal preparation

• Medication reminders and administration

• Activities such as reading, puzzles, board games, or watching favourite programmes

• Updating Home Instead’s care app after each visit so family members can stay informed about their loved one’s wellbeing

Essential Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence

• Access to a reliable vehicle for travelling between client visits in the Ruislip and Harrow areas

• Experience required in Care
