Norolk Glazing Solutions is expanding its Sales & Marketing team and looking for motivated, confident and enthusiastic people who want to learn, develop and build a career.
No previous sales or marketing experience is required.

What Will You Be Doing?
As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you’ll learn how Norolk Glazing Solutions promotes its company, builds brand awareness, engages with potential customers and generates new business opportunities.
Your role will include:
- Promoting the company and increasing brand awareness
- Speaking with potential customers and introducing the company’s products and services
- Supporting local marketing campaigns and promotions
- Customer engagement and lead generation
- Representing the company in local marketing areas
- Learning how to identify and develop new opportunities
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Supporting the wider sales and marketing strategy
- Developing your communication, marketing and sales skills
This is a people-focused role where personality and communication are important.
No Experience? That’s Fine.
Norolk Glazing Solutions doesn’t expect you to arrive knowing everything.
You’ll receive full training through the Four-Way Training Programme, designed to teach you the fundamentals of sales, marketing, customer engagement and communication.
You’ll learn by working alongside experienced members of the team, with ongoing coaching and support as you develop.
