Role Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant at Greensleeves Care, you will:

Deliver high standards of person-centred care to residents
-
Maintain residents’ records and assist in reviewing care plans
-
Monitor residents’ needs and report any well-being concerns to senior staff
-
Support residents with personal care, mobility, and other physical needs
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants should:

Possess strong communication and organisational skills

Have a flexible approach and be open to new challenges

Show a genuine desire to deliver quality care
Experience as a Health Care Assistant, Carer, or Support Worker is welcome but not essential. Applicants with the right attitude and commitment to caring will be fully supported.
