Job Overview
Lake District Giveaways (LDG) is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead all paid, organic, and email marketing activities. This hands-on position involves working directly in Meta Ads Manager daily, developing campaigns, analysing performance, and producing engaging content to drive sales and brand growth.
The role also includes close collaboration with the company directors and team to deliver bold, on-brand campaigns aligned with LDG’s premium identity.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Delivery

Plan, execute, and manage weekly competition launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Oversee creative scheduling and posting across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and email.

Produce and adapt visual and written content aligned with LDG’s brand identity.

Collaborate with directors to ensure marketing activity is on-brand and commercially effective.
Paid Social Advertising

Manage the Meta Ads account, creating and optimising campaigns for strong ROI.

Oversee full-funnel strategy including prospecting, retargeting, and re-engagement.

Build and maintain campaign structures, budgets, and dashboards.

Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and audiences, reporting weekly learnings.

Analyse conversion data to reduce CPA and increase ticket sales.
Email Marketing & Customer Retention

Manage and optimise email marketing strategies, automations, and performance.

Build targeted audience segments and campaigns for launches, reminders, and winner showcases.

Write persuasive copy that aligns with LDG’s tone of voice.

Analyse email performance metrics to enhance engagement and conversions.

Integrate email campaigns with social and advertising activity.
Organic Social Media

Manage daily posting and engagement to maintain and grow LDG’s community.

Create reels, stories, and posts that showcase winners and behind-the-scenes content.

Respond professionally to community interactions and feedback.

Contribute to the creative direction of future campaigns.
Data, Reporting & Strategy

Deliver weekly and monthly reports across all marketing channels.

Analyse trends in engagement, conversions, and ad performance.

Provide data-led recommendations to improve efficiency and results.
Skills & Experience
Essential
-
Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns and budgets.

Proven experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.

Strong creative and analytical skills, including copywriting, design, and data interpretation.

Ability to take full ownership of marketing outcomes.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Desirable

Experience in e-commerce, raffle, or online competition industries.

Skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (Premiere Pro or CapCut).

Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.

Salary & Benefits
