Job Overview
Nea Learning is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Tutor to deliver personalised educational support to students. The role involves providing tailored tutoring sessions that help learners reach their academic potential while creating a positive and engaging online learning environment.
Experience in special education is highly desirable, as the role supports students with diverse learning needs.
Key Duties

Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions across various subjects, adapting teaching methods to individual learning styles.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance understanding and confidence.

Create engaging lesson plans and educational resources suited to each student’s needs.

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to develop effective learning strategies.

Maintain an encouraging, supportive, and motivating learning atmosphere.

Stay updated on educational best practices and engage in ongoing professional development.
Experience and Skills

Proven experience working with children in an educational setting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents.

Background or experience in special education is advantageous.

Previous tutoring experience preferred but not essential.

Ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive learning environment.
Pay and Hours
