Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
Use upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display.
Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills.
Respond to customer queries via phone using appropriate phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain standards.
Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
Excellent organisational and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
A keen eye for merchandising to create attractive product displays.
