This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries via email, phone, and live chat. The position focuses on resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring every customer receives an excellent service experience.
This is a fully remote position open to applicants across the UK who are motivated, organised, and confident communicators. Full training and ongoing support are provided — no previous experience required.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Must currently reside in the United Kingdom with the right to work in the UK
