About the Role
The Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Senior Marketing Communications Manager and Central Marketing teams to implement integrated marketing plans across digital, print, PR, and events.
Key Responsibilities include:

Leading and managing multi-channel campaigns, including data management, collateral, execution, lead generation, and performance tracking.

Analysing campaign results and providing strategic recommendations to improve effectiveness, with insights presented in reports and presentations.

Driving event marketing and engagement activities (including competitions), defining KPIs, measuring ROI, and representing marketing at key European events.

Overseeing Europe-specific marketing materials, including printed collateral updates and translation coordination.

Supporting EU marketing budget administration through invoice management and expenditure reporting.

Providing strategic marketing support to Cambridge International schools and distributors to promote programme and qualification growth.

Ensuring brand integrity and addressing any logo misuse across the region.

Leading marketing communications for special projects, such as the annual science competition.
About You
Applicants should hold a degree in Marketing or a related field (such as PR or Business) and ideally possess experience in the education sector. The role requires a strategic mindset, analytical ability, and emotional resilience to lead impactful marketing initiatives across Europe.
Key Skills and Experience:

Strategic Planning: Ability to align marketing strategies with regional goals and manage long-term projects.

Digital Marketing & Analytics: Skilled in SEO, PPC, social media, email, and web marketing; proficient in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Monday.com.

Content & Storytelling: Strong editorial and copywriting skills; capable of producing engaging content across diverse audiences.

Communication & Relationships: Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages desirable. Confident presenter with strong interpersonal abilities.

Project & Event Management: Experienced in managing multiple campaigns, budgets, and events within international teams.

Creativity & Problem-Solving: Innovative, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to evolving market trends.

Technical Proficiency: Familiar with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Monday.com, SAP, Zoom, and related marketing tools.

Recruitment and Selection
