Role Summary
Omega Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Online Tutors to deliver one-to-one and small-group tuition across secondary and/or primary school subjects.
Tutors will plan and deliver engaging lessons, track student progress, and communicate with parents or guardians when required. This fully remote role offers flexible hours, allowing candidates to fit tutoring around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver tailored online lessons that meet students’ individual learning needs and curriculum goals across varying abilities and cultural backgrounds.

Assess student progress and set clear, achievable learning targets.

Prepare lesson materials and homework; adapt resources for different learning levels.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and feedback.

Communicate professionally with students, parents, and the programme coordinator.

Stay updated with exam specifications and relevant curriculum changes.
Essential Requirements

Strong subject knowledge in the teaching area (e.g., Maths, English, Sciences, Languages).

Experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Good IT skills and reliable access to a laptop/PC with high-speed internet.

Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
Desirable Qualifications and Attributes

A degree or relevant professional qualification in the subject taught.

Experience using online learning platforms and digital whiteboards.
