Role Overview
Certass Ltd is seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Experience Team Executive to join the onboarding team. This position involves being the first point of contact for new glazing businesses joining Certass, helping them through the onboarding process confidently and efficiently.
The role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, building rapport, and simplifying complex information for others. You’ll guide new members from their initial enquiry to certification completion, ensuring they receive the professional and helpful experience Certass is known for.
Key Responsibilities

Manage new member onboarding, including handling enquiries, setting up accounts, verifying documents, and guiding members to certification.

Support with scheme readiness by ensuring all required details and information are completed and submitted accurately.

Deliver excellent customer service through clear, professional communication at every stage.

Lead follow-up, reactivation, and retention communications to maintain engagement.

Capture member feedback and identify opportunities to improve internal processes.

Contribute to knowledge base materials and chatbot support responses.

Collaborate with the Certification, Marketing, and IT teams to resolve queries efficiently.

Requirements:
