Main Duties

Supporting clients with personal care (bathing, showering, toileting)

Promoting independence and dignity in all aspects of care

Assisting with medication, nutrition, and mobility

Working with clients and families to deliver person-centred care

Maintaining clear, accurate records for every visit
Requirements

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Satisfactory references and DBS check (handled by the company)
