Job Overview
A highly motivated and experienced Social Worker/Advanced Practitioner is required to join the dynamic Adult Services Contact Team. This role is offered as a secondment opportunity or fixed-term contract for up to 6 months.
The ideal candidate will lead, mentor, and shape practice while making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals. The position plays a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based and strength-based social work, contributing to positive outcomes and organisational improvement.
