As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Bearsden and Milngavie, helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Duties include:

  • Personal care

  • Meal preparation and basic cooking

  • Light household tasks

  • Food shopping

  • Companionship and emotional support

No experience is needed – full training is provided!

Working Hours & Travel Requirements

  • AM/PM shifts with alternate weekend work

  • This is a community-based role: a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential

  • Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not currently offered

Who Call-In Homecare is Looking For

  • Compassionate, reliable individuals ready to start a rewarding career in care

  • Good English communication skills

  • Experience is welcomed but not essential – candidates from all sectors encouraged to apply (retail, customer service, hair/beauty, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse, delivery drivers, etc.)

  • Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant, or in the NHS is a plus
