Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects

Develop and implement personalized lesson plans based on individual student needs

Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation

Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed

Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage and motivate students

Create a positive and supportive online learning environment

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure student success
Qualifications
-
Experience working with children or students in a tutoring or educational setting

Knowledge of various teaching methods and techniques
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students

Knowledge of subject matter being tutored (e.g., math, science, English)

Familiarity with online classroom management techniques

Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (preferred) or strong A-levels
