Role Overview
Windward Day Services Ltd is expanding and is looking for passionate, motivated Support Workers to join the team at Spiral Blue – a highly rated, Ringwood based day service for adults with learning disabilities.
At Spiral Blue, the focus is on empowering people through creative, meaningful activities that build confidence, independence, and joy.
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, the role involves:

Supporting people to recognise and develop their individual strengths and talents

Planning and delivering engaging, person-centred activities both in the service and the wider community

Encouraging choice, independence, and active involvement in all areas of life
