About the Role
This is a maternity cover role. As the Social Media & Content Executive at Ingenious Laboratories Limited, you’ll create and develop content across existing and future platforms. From short-form video and Stories to carousels and captions, you’ll produce content that’s on-brand, engaging, and resonates with the community.
You’ll also contribute to email marketing by designing assets that reflect the tone and values of Ingenious Laboratories Limited, with plenty of opportunity to bring your own ideas and creativity to the role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating engaging content across Instagram and Facebook – Reels, Stories, feed posts, carousels, and more

Designing visuals for Klaviyo email campaigns (product launches, offers, and brand moments)

Spotting trends and helping Ingenious Laboratories Limited respond to them in a way that feels fresh and on brand

Supporting and evolving the visual identity across social and email

Engaging with the community – replying to DMs and comments, sharing UGC, and helping grow real connection

Working closely with the wider team to support campaigns and product launches

Keeping an eye on content performance to help understand what’s resonating
What You’ll Bring

A creative eye and a strong sense of what works on social – especially Reels and Stories

A portfolio, feed, or example work that shows your style and flair

Familiarity with Canva, Illustrator or Photoshop

Some experience with, or interest in learning, Klaviyo and email marketing

A passion for wellness, storytelling, and building community

A proactive mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and try new things

Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
