About the Role
This is an opportunity to join 3 Trees Care & Support, a team dedicated to empowering adults with learning disabilities and healthcare needs (aged 18–65) to live fulfilling, independent lives in their own homes.
Support Workers help individuals develop skills, maintain routines, and live confidently while receiving respectful, person-centred care.
