Role Overview
The Night Senior Care Assistant plays a vital role in supporting residents during night hours, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This role involves working alongside Night Care Assistants to provide high-quality care in accordance with Greensleeves Care standards.
Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care needs.

Conduct regular checks on residents and the building, including fire prevention, while respecting residents’ privacy.

Support residents with mobility issues and other physical disabilities, including the use of aids and equipment.

Assist residents with personal hygiene, including incontinence care.

Maintain awareness of residents’ whereabouts if absent from bedrooms.
Requirements
-
RQF Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or other relevant qualification.

Proven experience in safe administration of medication.

Understanding of confidentiality in care settings.

Experience in providing residential or nursing care.
Work Authorization: Must be based in the United Kingdom.
