About the Role
We are looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable Care Assistants to support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent, safe, and comfortable.
No previous experience or qualifications are required — full training is provided, making this role ideal for both new carers and experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care and support in service users’ homes

Assisting with medication, meals, and daily living tasks

Offering companionship and emotional support

Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Maintaining accurate care records

Following care plans, policies, and procedures
Requirements

A caring, reliable, and respectful nature

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work every other weekend

Availability for morning and/or evening shifts

No qualifications required — training provided

Full UK driving licence + vehicle to use
Location
This role is based in North Hykeham, Lincoln- with care rounds across a range of surrounding areas.
