We now require a business assistant to join our pro team to help our immigration lawyers with some daily work, which requires as follows

PERSONAL QUALITIES / SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. At least 1 year of experience in relevant sector, preferable immigration
2. At least bachelor’s degree or above
3. Can work under pressure with clear mind, with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
4. MUST be fluent in both Chinese and English, good manner and communication skills with customer/clients
5. Proven strong sense and experience of marketing and sales is desirable
6. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, strong attention to detail and organisational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing schedules and cases assistance
2. Run and manage public media platforms such as Wechat and Xiaohongshu etc. to build and enhance our branding and marketing awareness to gain more customers
3. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
4. Provide the manager with some creative or smart advice/suggestion of administration and development for the business
5. Perform routine clerical duties, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
