Role Summary
This is a supporting role for the founder. Your job is to help keep the moving parts organized and moving forward—basically, “keep all the balls in the air” so projects don’t stall and details don’t slip.
You’ll coordinate across our marketing and growth efforts, stay in touch with key people, and help turn ideas into implemented projects. You won’t be expected to make all decisions regarding the direction of projects, as the founder will still want to touch base to go through drafts and questions, but having a general idea for what we are seeking as a company will be important.
Responsibilities
1) Communication + Coordination
● Keep regular contact with contractors and partners, including:
○ Designer(s)
○ Videographer / photographer
○ Advertising and platform contacts as needed
● Help keep everything aligned across social media, sales platforms, and industry sites
2) Project Management (Marketing + Content)
● Manage projects from start to finish, including:
○ Graphics (ads + general content)
○ Videos (ads + general content)
○ Emails and texts (Mailchimp, sales platforms, etc.)
○ Giveaway/winner updates (collecting winner photos, compiling into an album)
○ Google Ads
○ SEO tasks and related updates
3) Content + Campaign Scheduling
● Build and maintain a simple content calendar for:
○ Social media posts
○ Ad campaigns
○ Text and email sends
● Make sure content is drafted, reviewed, scheduled, and published on time
4) Sourcing + Managing Talent
● Find and hire contractors as needed (design, video, editing, SEO, etc.)
● Track deliverables, timelines, and basic budgets so expectations stay clear
5) Sponsorships + Opportunities
● Own the intake and coordination for sponsorship opportunities
● Help evaluate opportunities with the founder: “Is this worth our time and money?”
● If yes, run point on next steps and follow-through
6) Growth Support
● Bring ideas to the table—new routes to growth, better systems, improved workflow
● Help the founder stay focused by keeping projects organized and priorities clear
