Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Answering emails and onboard authors into the program
  • Handling contracts and billing for authors
  • Maintaining the CRM (customer relationship management) system
  • Scheduling & coordinating program events
  • Creating shorts from full-length videos

Qualifications

  • Brilliant at writing colloquial, human-sounding emails
  • 2 years experience with admin or executive assistance work
  • Experience with CRMs
  • Ability to handle basic billing and subscriptions with Stripe/Paypal
  • Canva experience is a bonus
